1. In the interest of guests, the property’s access to the property is reserved exclusively to the social partners. Visits of friends and relatives, prior to authorization and from the Direction, are only allowed exceptionally for one hour by filing a document. Expired term, and up to 24.00 hours, visitors will have to pay a sum of € 5.00 per person and € 5.00 for the car park, if available and in the special areas reserved for the guests.
2. Units are available after 4 pm on the set day and must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure. Arrivals must be between 16.00 and 20.00.
3. The dates of stay indicated in the reservation are usually the first on Saturday, the second on Saturday of departure.
4. In case of late arrival, the unit will be kept at the disposal of the customer until 10.00 am the day following the booking date and after the guest’s notice.
5. The booked period must be fully booked, even in the event of late arrival or early departure.
6. Small pets are allowed.
7. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate persons in excess of the number of beds allocated to the moment of the reservation: the person may be denounced by the competent authorities pursuant to art. 13 Law no. 1926 of 24.11.39.
8. It is forbidden to leave garbage in the qutosiasis area of the structure. Guest lords are encouraged to place their waste bags, carefully closed, from 19.00 o’clock in the boxes placed in the loctoe.
9. It is forbidden to make nasty jokes or noise, especially from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
10. The use of the playground and the playground is prohibited from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 00.00 to 9.00 pm.
11. The circulation of cars is absolutely in the inner streets of the structure. Cars can access near these respective units only for loading and unloading operations from arrival and departure.
